ShanStar® Cranberry is a purified extract containing select bio-active compounds found in cranberry juice. A unique patented process extracts polyphenols that provide antimicrobial and antioxidant activities of cranberry whole leaving behind unwanted sugars and acids. The standard form of the ingredient is a powder consisting of purified extract plus a USP grade filler.
